Intramural Sports provide members an chance to participate in various sports leagues, tournaments, and events. It is a great opportunity to get involved on campus, make new friends, and exercise in a safe, fun environment.

PSU Campus Rec offers Intramural Leagues which provide opportunities for team competitions in a wide variety of sports. The leagues typically run for over six weeks, and then playoffs are contested during the final couple weeks of the quarter. Various sports leagues are offered during each quarter.

Intramural Sports take place in the Rec Center and at Stott Field and change every term. Some offerings include: Basketball, Soccer (Indoor & Outdoor), Flag Football, Volleyball, Dodgeball, and Ultimate Frisbee. All ability and skill levels are welcome.

Stadium Flag Football 101- Stott Field

Not familiar with football? We'll teach you the basic rules and concepts of the games to help you prepare to join the league. Stay after for the Free Agent Roundup.

 

Cornhole Tournament- Court 2

Friday | 10/13 | 5 p.m. - 7 p.m. 

 

Whether you call it cornhole, baggo or bean bag toss, come play for a chance to be crowned the tournament champion. Teams of two will play a few pool play games before competing in a single elimination tourament. Free; Pre-register as a team or free agent at IMLeages.com/pdx to reserve your spot; walk-ins welcome. 

 

Quidditch Tournament- Stott Field

Satday | 10/28 | 2 p.m. - 10 p.m. 

 

Dust off your broomsticks, the wizarding sport of Quidditch is coming to Stott Field. Teams of seven players compete in this competitive sport from Harry Potter that involves elements of dodgeball, rugby and tag- what's not to love. Three game garuntee; two pool play games and a single elimination tournament. Free Agent Roundup Tuesday, October 25th at Stott Field 7 p.m. Register as a team or free agent at IMLeages.com/pdx  by Wednesday, October 25th, FREE. Captains' meeting Thursday, October 26th at 6 p.m. in Rec Center 210A.

 

Table Tennis Tournament- MAC Court

Punt, Pass, Kick Challenge- Stott Field

Put your football skills to the test. Record a score in all three categories (punting, passing and field goal kicking) and teh player with the top combinded score will be crowned the champ. Free; no pre-registration required. 

 

3v3 Wheelchair Basketball Tournament- Court 2

Monday | 11/13 | 6 p.m. - 9 p.m. 

 

Roll through for a fun night of basketball- we'll provide the sports chairs! This event is open to players of all physical abilities. Free; Pre-register as a team or free agent at IMLeages.com/pdx to reserve your spot; walk-ins welcome.

 

College Football Bowl Pick'em - 

 | 12/16 - 1/8 

 

It's College Football Bowl Game Mania! Pick who you think will win each bowl game on IMLeages.com/pdx and watch some football over winter break. No experience or football knowledge necessary. Then watch the championship game in the Rec Sports office--free food and high fives provided. 

 


How to Register for Leagues and Tournaments

All participants must register on IMLeagues.com/pdx to play. How to sign up (.doc).

Registration begin​s​ on the first day of each term at 8:00 a.m. and continue​s​ until ​5:00pm on Thursday of week 2 of each term or until the leagues fill up. Registration for tournaments is open until the start of the tournament, unless stated otherwise. ​ The more popular leagues (soccer and basketball) typically fill within the first 1-3 days of the term, so you are encouraged to ​pay the team fee ASAP as teams are not officially in the league until the team fee is paid.

  • Pay team fees at Member Services inside the Rec Center. You may pay with cash, check, or a card.
  • Register online at IMLeagues.com/pdx
  • For teams, ​​one​ ​player must be designated as the manager, pay the team fee, and attend the Managers​ Meeting.
  • F​ree ​A​gents (​those who want to play but don't have a team) must registers as a Free Agent on IMLeagues.com/pdx and attend the Free Agent Roundup (week 2 at 7:00pm on corresponding weekday league night) in order to ​​be placed on a team and meet your new teammates.​ Space is reserved in the leagues for Free Agent teams. Once the team is formed, ​one​ ​player must be designated as the manager, pay the team fee, and attend the Managers​ Meeting.
