Founding partner of Works Partnership Architecture since 2005, Bill received a Bachelor of Architecture from Syracuse University in 1989, and is a registered architect in the states of Oregon and New York. He has over 20 years of experience with diverse building types, including commercial, institutional, residential, and adaptive re-use/restoration. Bill has lectured at Portland State University and the University of Oregon, and he has served as an adjunct professor of Architecture at Portland State University and University of Oregon. Previously Bill worked in offices in London, Boston, and New York, including his own practice in New York. During that time Bill worked on a diverse array of project scales and types, and that work has been recognized by the AIA, the Boston Society of Architects, and has been exhibited and published nationally.
