Meet Dr. CeCe Ridder

Dr. Ridder is the Assistant Vice President of Student Access and Success, which includes a plethora of student services in Enrollment Management and Student Affairs: Diversity and Multicultural Student Services - Retention Services: African American Student Services, Latino/a Student Services, Native American Student Services, Diversity Scholars, Access & GANAS; TRiO: Upward Bound, Educational Talent Search & Student Support Services; Cultural Resource Centers: Multicultural Student Center , La Casa Latina Student Center, Native American Student and Community Center, Pacific Islander, Asian and Asian American Student Center, and the Pan-African Commons; the Disability Resource Center; Student Legal Services; and the Veterans Resource Center. She has a BS from Nebraska Wesleyan University in PR, a MS in College Student Personnel from Kansas State University and a PhD from The University of Texas at Austin. She is the mother of twins and considers Texas AND Nebraska both home. Her dissertation was on the study of multiracial college students, racial identity and student organization choice. She loves to cook, read and be near the ocean.
