Kim Le is an Immigration Clinic Attorney for Student Legal Services at Portland State University.
From 2005-2014, Kim has represented low-income clients in their immigration matters including: family-based immigration, U visas, VAWA, DACA, waivers, asylum, naturalization, appeals, and limited removal defense. She opened her own firm, Le Immigration Law, LLC in 2012. She is the current Chair of the American Immigration Lawyers Association Oregon Chapter Non-Profit Working Group.
In her free time, Ms. Le enjoys spending time with her husband and four children. She is fluent in Vietnamese and remains an active member of the community.
