Jennifer Koch is an OTREC/NITC transportation scholar. She came to Portland from Wisconsin by way of Washington, D.C., where she spent a few years as a Fellow with the Environmental Protection Agency. She decided to go back to school to study urban planning because she wanted to help cities function as efficiently and adaptively as possible. She has been a Graduate Research Assistant with OTREC for the last two years, working on projects related to planning for climate change at transit agencies and peer-to-peer car sharing in Portland. Jennifer will graduate with her Master of Urban and Regional Planning degree this June.
