Experience: Carrie has spent the past 20 years working on behalf of youth and their families in the role of evaluation analyst, researcher and counselor. She has designed and conducted evaluations related to early childhood, child welfare, youth development, family engagement, and family treatment courts. She also maintains a program of research on motivation and social contexts. With over 18 years of training and experience in quantitative methods and research design, Carrie has expertise in a wide range of analytic techniques and database management.
