Whether you are just learning to cook or are a culinary pro, this workshop will provide an opportunity to learn about preserving foods from our bioregion. With guidance from a master preserver, we’ll dehydrate apples and make jam with local berries. We will also share tips for growing your own food and eating local and healthy on a student budget. The first 30 participants to sign in will receive samples to take home.
