More than 100 billion pain pills have flooded the U.S. from drug makers since 2006. Oregon ranks among the highest in the nation in prescription painkiller abuse, addiction and overdoses. Medical and treatment experts, policy makers, survivors and audience members discuss what needs to be done to find solutions to this epidemic.
