Margaret B. Neal, former Director of the Institute on Aging and emerita Urban Studies and Planning faculty, was presented with the Mildred Seltzer Distinguished Service Award at the annual scientific meeting of the Gerontological Society of America in Austin, Texas, in November. Neal was recognized with this award for her years of service to and dedicated leadership of the Academy for Gerontology in Higher Education.
