By-Arrangement Remote Registration Instructions

The final day to enroll in by-arrangement courses is the same as the final day to add classes for the term. However, if enrollment in the by-arrangement is required in order to receive Financial Aid, the course must be added before the end of the second week of the term.

MS Mathematics for Teachers MTH 501 Curriculum Research Project

Please read the M.S. in Mathematics for Teachers’ Curriculum Projects guidelines.  A project proposal must be submitted to and approved by the MS-MTCH committee prior to MTH 501 registration.  Consult with your 501 project adviser when filling out this form. 

MTH 504 Internship

For graduate students who will be aiding a faculty mentor in class. For all other graduate internships, use the Blank By-Arrangement form.

PhD Mathematical Science Progress Planning Form

Scan and E-mail the completed form to the Graduate Program Administrator (mathstatgrad@pdx.edu) by the end of the fourth week of winter term. You may wish to meet with your advisor to discuss your progress toward completing the program requirements, and your plans for the next year.
