What: Schools, Business and Community: Partnering for Student Success

Where: Smith Memorial Student Union Ballroom

When: Wednesday, July 16, 7:30 p.m.

As a member of the Pacific Northwest community, we invite you to  join us for an evening at camp hosted by Peter Senge, author of The Fifth Discipline: The Art and Practice of the Learning Organization, and co-author of Schools That Learn, A Fifth Discipline Fieldbook for Educators, Parents, and Everyone Who Cares About Education.

The American Dream promises that everyone can be a success. But how do we define “success” in ways that are truly meaningful for students, parents, educators and the community-at-large. What is needed of each of us to support the development of the next generation of leaders? This event features a conversation with Dennis O’Donoghue, vice president of Boeing Test and Evaluation, students, teachers, and principals as they discuss their thoughts on this important subject.
