Program Overview

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides assistance to individuals dealing with issues that affect your work, home, or family life. Use of the EAP is free and confidential. The program is available to you, your spouse, and eligible dependents. The EAP provides counselors and programs that can assist you in a variety of life and workplace problems which may include:

  • Assistance Finding Childcare
  • Depression or Anxiety
  • Relationship Problems
  • Home Ownership
  • Financial/Legal/Consumer Concerns
  • Drug or Alcohol Abuse
  • Stress Management

How To Use The Program

Access to the EAP can be done face to face, over the phone, or online. Through which ever method you choose, you'll have a confidential session with a licensed professional counselor who will help solve any problems or concerns you're having. PEBB works with Cascade Centers, Inc., to offer the EAP service.
