MARCH 16, 2020 - PACKAGE DISTRIBUTION SERVICE SUSPENDED


Dear residents, 

Effective today, the Montgomery Service Desk will no longer be issuing packages.  We are sorry for the inconvenience this may cause, but we feel it is important to reduce this center of activity on campus.

We will continue to accept packages from the carriers, and will store them at the Montgomery Service Desk until further notice.  When you receive your package notification, it will include that the Desk is closed. You can respond to a package notice if you would like to have us return the package to the sender.  In many cases, the vendor will issue a refund, but you will need to work with individual vendors on this.

If you have packages en route to campus, please reach out to the sender to try to cancel them.  Please note there is an Amazon Locker facility near campus if needed.

If you receive medical supplies, you can reach out to mbdesk@pdx.edu about picking up those packages.

The Desk will continue to provide limited lock out services between 9:00am - 5:00pm.  If you are locked out, proceed to the Montgomery Service Desk. Instructions about how to get a unit key will be at the Desk.  After 5:00pm, please call the RA on call number. If you have a roommate, please exhaust all other options to get into your unit before coming to the Desk or calling a RA.
