Faculty members from departments and programs in the School of Gender, Race and Nations (SGRN) discuss the ways in which their research and teaching are both transnational and intersectional, complicating—indeed, challenging—dominant methodological and pedagogical approaches. Please join Sri Craven (associate professor, Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies), Elena Avilés (assistant professor, Chicano/Latino Studies) Eddy Alvarez (assistant professor, Women, Gender, And Sexuality Studies/University Studies), and Ho’esta Mo’e’hahne (scholar in residence, Indigenous Nations Studies) for an intriguing discussion moderated by Winston Grady-Willis (director, SGRN, professor, Black Studies). Light refreshments will be provided.

This event is hosted by PSU's School of Gender, Race and Nations.
