Virginia Butler, Anthropology faculty, presented with co-author, J. Tait Elder, former PSU graduate student, "Does the Absence of Evidence Mean an Evidence of Absence? Applying Zooarchaeological Records to Fish Conservation Issues in the Similkameen River of the Okanogan Highlands" in a session that she also co-organized and chaired, at the Society for American Archaeology meeting in Sacramento, April 1. She also co-authored four posters that were presented at the conference, including three with PSU graduate students.
