Finance & Administration Employee Engagement

In 2015 and 2016, Finance & Administration gathered feedback from employees about their work experience, including ideas for improvement. The 2017 survey will be conducted in October and November. Be sure to watch this page for feedback and next steps.

The Finance & Administration leadership team fundamentally believes it is our responsibility to create a satisfying and professionally engaging environment for all FADM employees. In order to serve the university community as stewards of its human, physical, and financial resources, FADM employees need to feel that their voices are heard and their contributions valued.

To that end, in 2015 we sought to understand how employees feel about their jobs and about Portland State University as an employer. This page provides links to share the insights we've gathered to date and give FADM employees an ongoing mechanism for sharing ideas.
