Property Management

The Property Management team manages building spaces occupied by commercial office and retail tenants. This includes lease administration, rent collection, and building services coordination of University space to non-PSU tenants including food cart vendors, cellular towers, automated teller machines, and space leased by PSU in privately owned buildings. The team also oversees contracts with PREM Group Property Management to manage several office buildings, condominium associations, and retail spaces on campus.

The Property Management team provides the following services:
