July 6, 2013:  It is with great sorrow that the ETA Research Group marks the passing of Dr. Robert D. Dryden.  The second engineering Dean at PSU who oversaw the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences becoming the College of Engineering and Applied Sciences and then the Maseeh College of Engineering and Computer Science.  He led the move to bring PSU to the Fourth Avenue Building in 1997 where ETM resides to this day.  This was followed up by fundraising for the new Engineering Building.  Over his tenure, he  doubled the numer of students and faculty helping to solidify PSU's role in ensuring that engineering knowledge serve the City!  He retired from the Deanship in 2008 and joined ETM as a faculty member.  He was a good friend and colleague.  We will all miss Dr. Dryden.
