Understanding Credit Reports and Scores Part One of Two
Monday, October 20, 2008 - 7:00pm to Monday, October 20, 2008 - 8:00pm
Have you seen your credit report lately? You can bet someone else has, or will in the near future. This two-part workshop looks at what's on a credit report, how that information can be used, how the information is used in calculating the increasingly important credit score, and things you can do to improve your credit rating. In the first workshop we'll show you how to get a free copy of your credit report, and no, it's not from Free Credit!

Monday, October 20th, 2008
Ondine, room 220
7:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Free for PSU students, staff and faculty

During the second workshop you can receive information about how to read your credit report, and find specific ways that you can improve your credit rating. Incorrect information on credit reports is not uncommon; we'll explain how to get those errors fixed.
