December 9th marked the 27th anniversary of the wrongful arrest of journalist and political prisoner Mumia Abu-Jamal for the murder of
Philadelphia police officer Daniel Faulkner. Mumia has been on death row since his conviction but has continued his journalism and
activism, and has been dubbed ?the voice of the voiceless.?
