Queer Resource Center Ally Training

In welcoming new and returning Portland State University students back for the coming academic year, the Queer Resource Center will be holding an open house and ally training session during New Student Week.

An ally training session that will be held and focus on what it means to be an ally, what GLBTGGIAPP stands for, and how to be supporting in practicing strategies for interrupting homophobic and transphobic comments.

Time: 10:00 am - 11:00 am

The Queer Resource Center at Portland State University provides a safe space for gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, queer, and questioning students, staff, faculty and their allies. We continuously aim to increase awareness and education by incorporate programming that encompasses a variety of issues and topics for the community at large.
