Language and Literature Festival

Experience the diversity of the Portland book scene by listening to the authors at the forefront of bringing the world to the northwest. The Language and Literature Festival will feature local author Liz Nakazawa, editor of Ooligan Press's "Deer Drink the Moon"; Paul Collins, editor of the Collins Library imprint of McSweeney's; and several of PortlandState's own literary journals, including "Pathos," "Anthos," and the "Portland Review." The student-run event will include a panel on collaborative community projects, as well as a book launch and accompanied readings from Ooligan Press's new title "Do Angels Cry?"
