High Intensity Shallow Water Aerobics

An intense aerobic workout focusing on cardiovascular health. Muscle toning, abs and arm toning will be part of the class. This class is perfect for those looking to get in shape, those in great shape, and individuals uncomfortable in deep water. Working out at your own level is encouraged.
