What exactly is ShimmyPhat Fitness?  We're not entirely sure of the exact definition (in fact we are pretty sure Shara made that word up), but we do know it burns calories! 

This fitness class offers a new and unique way to engage your core and use bellydance techniques to yes, burn some calories, but also feel great about your body and health.  You'll learn interesting ways to move your body and get some of that flexibility everyone seems to be after.

The Group X fitness classes offered by Campus Rec are fun, interactive, physical, and best of all, affordable.  Your first class is completely free of charge to check out.  Passes can be purchased individually for $3, or $17.50 for a packet of ten passes.  We offer a diverse set of classes every term and passes are valid for all Group X classes, including:

360 degree core performance: Mondays 6:00pm - 6:50pm

Fitness Boot Camp:  Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:00pm - 5:50pm

Water Aerobics:

Mondays: 1:00pm - 1:45pm

Tuesdays : 8:00am - 8:45am

Wednesdays:  1:00pm - 1:45pm

Thursday:  8:00am - 8:45am
