Deep Water Fitness Aerobics

Want to try out a new great workout with high energy?  Try deep water Aerobics, a great way to get all the fitness without all of the joint impact.  Get some water time in before Summertime and look great on vacation!  Deep water aerobics are every Tuesday from 5:15pm - 5:55pm and Thursday from 8am - 8:45am in the Peter Stott Center Pool right here on campus.  The first class if totally free to try out with additional classed for only $3 a session or $17.50 for 10 passes.  SHALLOW water aerobics on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays are also available to check out.
