These exhibitions have been about cultural exchanges and friendship building, and cultural understandings between artists across the Pacific Ocean.  We have held seminars in the past and this time we will have a presentation by five artists who will be visiting Portland.

OWCA, the sponsoring organization, hopes to share this rare opportunity with the community in the Portland area by sharing our art and art work from South Korea.
