Civil War Round Table: Oregonian Editor Peter Sleeth Reveals His Civil War Family Controversy

Peter Sleeth is an award-winning journalist who has worked at several newspapers, including The Denver Post and The Oregonian where he is currently employed as an editor. Sleeth has been published in North South Magazine and has made a study of the Civil War and his family genealogy. This was apparent in one of Sleeth's phoned in "reports from the war front" aired in 2003 from Kuwait on KATU-Channel 2 during which he made a classical allusion to Michael Shaara's historical novel The Killer Angels.
