This group strength training class utilizes a variety of equipment
including dumbbells, stability balls, bosu balls, medicine balls, steps,
body bars, bands, and more! Be prepared to tone and sculpt the entire
body with an extra emphasis on core work at the end of each class.
Classes are free to all ASRC Members. All PSU students are ASRC Members.
You must pick up a group fitness pass 30 mins prior to the beginning of the class at the equipment checkput.
Equipment will be provided if necessary.
