Campus Rec - Beginning Yoga

A slower-paced class composed of basic yoga poses to facilitate ease and awareness in the body.  Beginning Yoga is designed to help ease you into a yoga practice by building strength, flexibility, calmness and peace of body and mind.

Classes are free to all ASRC Members. All PSU students are ASRC Members.

You must pick up a group fitness pass 30 mins prior to the beginning of the class at the equipment checkput.

Equipment will be provided if necessary.
