Campus Rec - Advanced Yoga

Expect this class to be a challenging Power Vinyasa yoga class with an emphasis on core work and breath to strengthen and stretch both body and mind. Advanced Yoga is for experienced yoga practitioners who are seeking a more rigorous flow.

Classes are free to all ASRC Members. All PSU students are ASRC Members.

You must pick up a group fitness pass 30 mins prior to the beginning of the class at the equipment checkput.

Equipment will be provided if necessary.
