Sunday's 2:00-3:00pm - PSC Rm. 207

Not just a dance for your belly, belly dance engages the muscles of your entire body as well as improving circulation, posture, flexibility, coordination, and self-esteem. This class will build core strength through the practice of basic belly dance techniques that focus on correct posture and body alignment. Each session will include stretching and warm-up, basic technique drills, step combinations, and traveling movements. The ultimate goal is to have fun while you get your entire body moving from your toes to your fingertips!
