Nina Mae Kellogg Awards Ceremony Barry Lopez Keynote Speaker

Please join us in recognizing our outstanding student writers at the 42nd annual Nina Mae Kellogg Awards Ceremony. Barry Lopez, National Book Award winner and author of Arctic Dreams, will be the keynote speaker. Lopez is a recipient of the Award in Literature from the American Academy of Arts and Letters, the John Hay Medal, Guggenheim, Lannan, and National Science Foundation fellowships, Pushcart Prizes in fiction and nonfiction, and other honors. Lopez's books will be available for purchase, and he will sign books following his talk.

Students and faculty are also invited to visit with Barry Lopez during an informal reception in the English Department Conference Room, NH 407 at 3:30 p.m. Light refreshments will be served. Reception following Awards ceremony at Simon Benson House on campus.
