Ayurveda and Exercise

This workshop will explore exercise from the perspective of Ayurveda, an ancient form of natural medicine from India. Participants should come with a basic understanding of Ayurveda and their dosha type.

Topics Include:

*Effects of exercise on the body
*Which type of exercise is most suitable for each dosha
*When and how often to exercise
