CEE Awards over 100 undergraduate and graduate degrees at PSU's 2019 commencement

Portland State University's Civil and Environmental Engineering Department awarded 106 total degrees for the 2018-2019 academic year. At the ceremony held at the Moda Center on June 16, 2019, CEE awarded 64 BSCE and 11 BSENVE degrees, 10 Master of Science, 11 Masters of Engineering, and 10 Ph.D. degrees. A total of 14 undergraduate students are graduated with Latin Honors (Summa, Magna, Cum Laude). Congratulations to all the graduates!  

CEE is at the forefront of improving the lives of the citizens of Portland, the state of Oregon and the world.  Since 1974, PSU CEE has graduated 2,552 engineers who contribute to the vibrancy and quality of life in the Portland region and beyond. Our 25 faculty are researching methods to improve water quality, better forecast droughts and extreme events, designing and planning better and connected cities, and making our infrastructure more resilient and have research expenditures exceeding $3.2 million annually.
