Financing your degree
Our programs are designed for working professionals. Our students usually stay in their profession and fund their studies without graduate assistant-ships or scholarships. Many receive tuition reimbursement from their employers. Portland State University’s Financial Wellness Center can help you navigate other options, such as scholarships and financial aid.
US visa regulations limit off-campus employment for international students. Unfortunately, we cannot provide financial support to them. Many of our international students receive scholarships from their employers, government, or international non-profits. Among our graduates are Royal Thai Scholars, Fulbright recipients, and recipients of the Saudi Arabian Cultural Mission (SACM) scholarships.
