Shelly Chabon co-presents five posters and panel discussion at American Speech-Language-Hearing Association convention

Shelly Chabon, Speech and Hearing Sciences faculty, co-presented five posters and a panel discussion November 18-19 at the national convention of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. The posters shared her current research, including the development of diversity training modules with Rik Lemoncello and metalinguistic assessment of English Language Learners with Julie Esparza-Brown. The invited panel discussion was titled “Ethical Decisions: A Foundation for Appropriate Problem-Solving” and drew on Chabon’s scholarship related to infusing ethics in education and across professions.
