How do I RSVP?
RSVP information for the 2021 ceremony will be coming soon. Once the RSVP deadline arrives the program is off to the printers and we cannot accept late registration.
How long does the ceremony last?
The ceremony itself lasts about one hour. Please plan to stay after for light refreshments and coffee & tea.
I didn't RSVP. Can I attend?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate graduates who did not RSVP before the deadline. You may attend as a guest, but will not be able to participate in the ceremony.
I RSVP'd before the deadline, but didn't receive a confirmation. Can I attend?
Of course. You should have received a reminder e-mail if you RSVP'd, but don't worry if you haven't seen it yet. We want you to come and celebrate with us.
Where do I get my cap and gown?
Please use the same cap and gown as students do for the official University Graduation Ceremony at the Moda Center. They can be purchased on the Commencement website.
Which side does my tassel go on?
Your right side, please.
What do I do when I get there?
Check-in tables will be set up, please check back soon for their location. Find the table for your group (undergraduate or graduate) and an ECE Staff member will assist you from there. Students will line up within these groups:

- Bachelor of Science, Electrical Engineering
- Master of Science (coursework)
- Master of Science with Thesis
- Doctor of Philosophy
