Labs

ECE instructors have been working hard over spring break to get labs set up remotely for spring term. Your instructors should be able to update you when they have more information. You can visit the CAT's webpage for information on using the MCECS labs remotely.

Renting Lab Kits Through the EPL

The EPL will be closed the duration of spring term but are offering labs kits for sale online that can be shipped to students' homes, as well as renting out the Analog Discovery 2 that will be used for some courses. Please visit the EPL's website for more information.

Tutoring

Tutoring Remote Help

Tutoring will be available from 10am - 5pm Monday through Friday beginning the second week of spring. Tutors will be help via google hangouts or email. For help with tutoring please email your questions to ecetutoring@pdx.edu  and a tutor will respond. You can find more information on the tutoring program and schedule on our tutoring page.

Advising

Undergraduate students can make virtual MCECS Pathways Advising appointments by reaching out to the regular number (503-725-4631, monitored regularly) or by using advisors' youcanbookme links from the website.

Undergraduate students can also make an appointment to meet with faculty advisor Dr. Duncan virtually via Zoom by either calling the phone number above or emailing Kylie Green at greenkyl@pdx.edu. Appointments will continue to take place on Tuesdays & Thursdays between 1:00 and 3:00 pm. For the time being, Dr. Duncan will not hold walk-in hours.
