Eric Einspruch, Public Administration faculty, traveled to Washington, D.C. to receive an award for his Chinese language learning and cross-cultural experiences. The award was presented at the National Honors Gala hosted by the Confucius Institute U.S. Center on Nov. 18 at the National Press Club. The Confucius Institute U.S. Center, People to People National Honors Award is given to 10 winners of the Confucius Institute Story Telling essay-writing contest, for an essay relating their personal story of learning Chinese, cross-cultural experience and insights gained from that experience, and why it matters to their personal development.
