Dirce Moroni Toulan Library

About the Library

The Dirce Moroni Toulan Library of Urban and Public Affairs holds a collection of books related to the disciplines represented in the College. The library is also equipped with 5 computer workstations and a printer. It is a dedicated space for study and research located on the 7th floor of the Urban Center Building.

We have completed cataloging all 9,960 library books and media using new ILS software. You are welcome to search our catalog by clicking on the link below. **Note: no login is required and holds/reservations are currently disabled. For more information or to check out materials, please bring your PSU ID card and visit us during open hours.
