Education: Pomona College BA in psychology;  McGeorge School of Law JD; grad work in counselling psych (Lewis & Clark), tax law (University of San Diego) ; continuing education in mediation (various including Clackamas County Family Court Service); Certificate Program in Nonprofit Management Portland State University’s Institute for Nonprofit Management.

Sharon has worked as an attorney, mediator, and is currently the nonprofit program coordinator for the Institute for Nonprofit Management/Center for Public Service at PSU where she has loved working since Spring 1998.

Public service highlights include: coordinating volunteers for Estacada Grade School for several years, being a Better Business Bureau Arbitrator (Regional Arbitrator of the Year), and lots of work with the Presbyterian Church including serving as past President of the Presbytery Trustees, Moderator of the Presbytery and Presbytery Council.
