Steve Rounds has a 17 year construction background providing timely, cost effective, professional services that enhance instructional, research, and service goals. He has simultaneously managed small and large complicated turn-key projects in both the public and private sectors. Has a great knowledge of the entire construction process, from design development and permitting to obtaining the certificate of occupancy. This enables him to provide excellent construction and project management services for PSU.

In his current role, Steve provides overall leadership, not only as Assistant Director of CPC, but also in managing the Small Projects Division, including the CPC In-House Construction and Alternations Team.

Francis McBride works directly with various PSU client groups including departments, faculty, students and staff. His primary role is to facilitate the completion of construction and remodeling projects. He works with the client to determine if a project is feasible and what it might cost. He then assists in the development of drawings, secures permits for the work and coordinates the completion of the work by PSU staff or contractors.

Gail Hamilton has a total of 35 years in the construction field with all but 10 years as a supervisor for PSU and CPC. His background has primarily been remodeling residential and commercial structures.  In 2002, Gail took a position at PSU as a carpenter where he felt there were more opportunities and he believes that decision has definitely paid off. As the supervisor for our in-house crews Gail takes care of a lot of tasks at hand, he truly loves working here and feels he can make a difference to the future of PSU and CP&C.

Anne Bletcher has been in the Electrical trade for 26 years. She came to PSU in May of 2003 during a time when PSU was expanding their facilities department to take on more construction and remodel work around campus.

Her current role with CPC is the Electrical Coordinator. She works with the project managers on our in-house projects as well as working directly with clients requesting electrical work. She does the estimating of electrical work, ordering of materials and coordinates with two of our in-house electricians.



Our team includes:
