Certificate Track: Digital Marketing Strategies

This course will introduce content strategy concepts and students will learn about the foundations, strategies, and frameworks for building a comprehensive content strategy, measuring and deriving insights from content, and content optimization. Students will learn how to approach and develop a successful content strategy using proper segmentation techniques and utilizing personas; how to manage the content development process; how to know if your content strategy is working; and how to gather insights and discover content preferences of target audiences and personas. This course will also cover trends that marketers need to know and an introduction to channel-specific content strategies. Students will engage with teams to develop and present Content Strategies using proven frameworks and approaches and receive critiques from the instructor.
