Cooperative Credit (Co-op), Behavioral Healthcare, Clinical Supervision, and Issues and Innovations in Clinical Practice programs discontinued.

The following programs have been discontinued effective summer 2018:

  • Cooperative Credit
  • Behavioral Healthcare
  • Clinical Supervision
  • Issues and Innovations in Clinical Practice

The Trauma-Informed Services program will continue to be offered for one year to allow current students to complete their certificates. It will be discontinued on June 30th, 2019.

1. How do I get a transcript from a Co-Op course?

PSU Continuing Education course registrations and records are integrated with and maintained by the Office of the Registrar at Portland State University. Your credit registration creates a PSU academic record. Follow the instructions on the Transcript Request page to order your transcripts.

You will need to log into Banweb to request an official transcript. If you are having trouble logging into Banweb please contact the OIT Help Desk at 503-725-4357.

2. How do I view my grades from a Co-Op course?

  • Log into Banweb with your ODIN account. If you have trouble logging into Banweb or have not set up your ODIN account please contact the OIT Help Desk at 503-725-4357.
  • Click the “Student Services” tab.
  • Click “Student Records”.
  • Click “Final Grades”.

3. How do I get in touch with agencies from the Co-Op program?

Please see the list of agencies PSU has worked with through the Co-Op program and their websites and/or contact information.

4. What other professional development options are there?

The College of Education offers various endorsement programs, master’s degrees, graduate certificates, and certificates of completion to help you complete your professional or educational goals. Please see the list of all programs to find what fits best for you.
