Julie Perini, School of Art + Design faculty, has two October screenings of the her recent film "The Gentleman Bank Robber"

Julie Perini, Associate Professor of Art Practice in the School of Art + Design, will screen her recent film "The Gentleman Bank Robber: The Story of Butch Lesbian Freedom Fighter rita bo brown" in Oakland, California on October 14, 2018 at the New Parkway Theater. The evening is a benefit for the film subject, rita bo brown, who now has a form of dementia.

The film was also accepted into the Twist Queer Film Festival in Seattle, Washington. Perini will be present at the screening for a Q&A on October 20, 2018.
