A panel of scholars and activists will make contemporary connections to Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.’s seminal speech The Three Evils of Society:  Racism, Poverty and Militarism.

Panelists scheduled to appear include Lisa Bates and Marisa Zapata from the PSU College of Urban and Public Affairs, Tom Hastings from the PSU Conflict Resolution Program,  Reverend E.D. Mondainé, President of the Portland NAACP and pastor of Celebration Tabernacle Church, with Winston Grady-Willis, director of the PSU School of Gender, Race, and Nations, moderating.
