  • Enrollment Highlights (as of week 4)
    • Total freshmen enrollment is up 9.3%
    • New freshmen enrollment is up 12.8%
    • New transfer enrollment is up 3.9%
    • Resident undergraduate enrollment up 0.1% and non-resident up 0.7 %
    • International students are up 8.0% overall with undergraduate up 10% and graduate up 3.3%
    • The honor’s program contributed an 8.9% increase
    • Latino students are up overall 12.8% with undergraduate up 14.5% and graduate up 2.5%
    • Multi-ethnic students are up overall 16.4% with undergraduate up 19.1%
    • Housing was at 100 percent occupancy
  • Financial Aid Highlights (as of week 4)
    • In support of students’ ability to pay for their education, the Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships disbursed:
      • $78,2777,025.26 in fall 2013
      • Total aid accepted for the year was $247,681,755.00
      • Scholarships awarded equaled $2,680,980.00 for fall 2013
  • Domestic Recruitment Highlights (as of 11/25/2013)
    • 199 High School Visits
      • 1940 students met with Counselor at these visits
    • Participated in 65 College Fairs
      • 7774 Students Inquiries
    • 26 Instant Vikings (on-site admissions workshops)
      • 278 applications submitted
      • 3 more Instant Vikings to be hosted in December 2013
