The 2015 event brought together community partners including universities, tribes, agencies, companies, historical societies, students and the general public to celebrate and explore archaeology and history, in our own backyard and beyond. This year our exhibits and activities highlighted the "Archaeology of Food".

The event featured:

  • Free samples of native foods and historic beer
  • The opportunity to meet Wes Cowan of History Detectives (OPB-PBS)
  • Hands-on activities and exhibits for kids and adults
  • A panel of experts identified visitors' personal treasures (no financial appraisals given)
