William Baney, Center for the Improvement of Child and Family Services/Social Work faculty, received three research grants amounting to $1.1 million. Two grants are from the Washington Department of Social and Health Services Division of Behavioral Health and Recovery: a one-year, $400,000 grant for his research, titled Statewide CANS (Child Adolescent Needs and Strengths) and Wraparound with Intensive Services, and a one-year, $100,000 grant for research titled Recovery Youth Services. The third is a two-year, $600,000 grant from the Oregon Department of Human Services for research titled Self Sufficiency Advanced Case Management.
