Meet our Veterans Services Team
 | Allen P. Roberts Jr.Allen is the Veteran Certification Officer here at Portland State. He is an Air Force veteran and used his Montgomery G.I. Bill to earn a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Journalism with a minor in U.S. War History from the University of Florida in 2003. He was a journalist for three years in New York City and for another four in Los Angeles before moving to Portland in 2010.  | Jake MayburyJake is a Certifying Officer at Portland State University and the newest member of our team. Jake moved to Portland last year from Arizona, where he worked with veterans attending University of Phoenix. | |

 | Angie HartloveAngie is a workstudy student at Portland State University. She has served for nine years in the Air Force on active duty and in the reserves as a cryptologic Korean linguist and as an aerospace medical technician. Angie moved to Portland in 2010 and is currently a senior at PSU pursuing a mathematics degree with which she plans to get started as an actuary.
